Found while driving an inner city street in Houston, Tx. A house was being redone and a roll off dumpster was in the front yard, loaded with items that had once been inside the home. The bear looks so forlorn.

The Primaries: Change of Choice

This piece is a comment on the historic political choice facing the American people. The two interpretations of the life giving, change/growth inducing medium- milk, represents, on one side, the nurturing/ protective femininity of Hillary Clinton and, on the other, the sweetened, easily digested rhetorical flair of Barack Obama.

This poignant combination of bread, condoms and cigarette buds further illustrates the tensions that exist between man and animal within urban environments. The skillful marriage of synthetic, sexual, and organic materials within a minimalist context, challenges the viewer by forcing them to walk around this nasty shit to get to the train.
